Stayed in Baltimore for a concert at CFG Bank Arena, and this hotel is within a five-minute walk to the venue, so that helped a ton with not having to pay for event parking and navigating traffic. The hotel has an older charm to it, so some of the fixtures (like the shower and elevators) seem outdated but work fine. There are five elevators in the hotel and two were out of order, so there was a long line to take one upstairs when we checked in around 6 PM. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel, but we explored around the city and didn't take advantage of that. Hotel is close to some green space (park with several benches and trees). There are a couple of parking garages and street parking within a five minute walk–that helped us save on valet, which was more expensive. If there is another event at the CFG Bank Arena again, I'd probably stay here, unless I see another nearby (more modern) hotel advertise a comparable price. I'd give it an 8/10.
