Would have given 5 stars however almost impossible to get your room cleaned, trash taken or clean towels. Staff was very friendly but we asked for two days for clean towels and the have our beds changed and overflowing trash taken out. Housekeeping for some reason would never show up and help even though I had already tipped them $5 just to get bath towels in our room. There were none upon our arrival. They seem to be very short on towels. Place overall was very clean and quiet however.

I would have rated the hotel better on looks but the bath wash in the shower was empty and the coffee maker in the room only had decaf coffee. These problems concerned me into thinking the rooms were not tended to properly and might not have been as clean as they looked.
