The hotel was easy to find and easy to check in and out. We were unsure pulling in looking at it. Of course didn't look as nice and cozy as pictures and the price was cheaper than other hotels. The room we were in was super dirty/stained. The floors had stains all over them, side of the bed was either dirty or stained. Shower curtain was either dirty or stained. There was also crums in corners on the rooms the smoke detector was hanging down over the bed. Dust on the shelves and you could see where people sat items on the shelves in the bathroom. The pull out sofa bed was stained. There was very little towels in the bathroom. It could be worse but I wouldn't stay here again.

Someone books for 2 adults and 2 children, towels should be accommodated. I went downstairs several times to get towels and was told it’ll be 40 minutes, several hours later still no towels and told 40 minutes. The building smelled like marijuana to the point it gave me a headache. Check in there were so many people that came in that had booking confirmations but no rooms were available. Surrounding food in the area is disgusting, you have to go 20 minutes away to get decent food.

Property is very dirty, dirty carpets, elevator, even room isn't clean. Staff was nice but it's obvious no effort has been put into cleaning the property with ongoing renovations. Will never stay here again or advice anyone else to stay here. Probably the worst I have ever seen in Columbus, OH

Nice hotel for good price. Clean and well appointed. Good breakfast. Staff were all very friendly but we did not have our room cleaned once....and we stayed 5 nights!!!! I asked several times and each time they were very agreeable. However each night when we returned nothing had been done.

The staff was very nice and the property was in a very convenient location. As for suggestions for improvements, it would be nice to know that they only service your room every three days. There should be a process for getting rid of garbage and used towels and getting new towels. I know it was a busy weekend, however the hotel should be prepared for full capacity. The breakfast had only a few items (that was from Thursday to Monday). I even asked for a roll of toliet paper for our room and the cleaning lady gave me the opened roll from the room she was cleaning. She said they ran out and were waiting for the shipment to come. I have stayed at this hotel the past two years, and I will stay again next year because it was quiet and the people were kind. Hopefully these little issues can be addressed!

I liked that the hotel was able to provide Lyft service however that was the only thing. What I didn’t like that my room wasn’t that clean; they didn’t provide enough towels for two guests; didn’t serve breakfast or coffee/tea on weekend; my bathroom sink was clogged and informed staff of the situation and no one came to fix it or offered any resolution. I really disliked my stay there and making a mental note not to ever come back.
