A cracked bathtub, a shower that drained poorly, hair left on the bed, breakfast potatoes that tasted a little strange, and a completely unattended checkout with no receipt provided. These were just some of the issues I experienced during my stay. I will never stay here again, and I sincerely hope that everyone who reads this review thinks twice before booking this hotel.

Horrible stay. No breakfast even though the hotel promised breakfast was included. Staff was unhelpful, rooms were unclean. The hotel asleep tried to convince me I had to pay an additional $150 for my stay despite the fact that I had already paid both the cost of my stay and the deposit. In addition, the tv didn’t work, the shower was dirty, the carpets were disgusting. On top of that, the hotel put me out a day early and refused to refund me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you’re planning a trip to Columbus, OH, please do not stay here. The termites took over the car, the room had a very bad must & mold smell. The tub wasn’t clean, the bedspread had a cigarette burn on it and the broken ironing board was dropped up on the wall. I have pictures!!!!

Hello i stay for the weekend . The room wasn’t to clean mirror was dirty floor needed clean toilet with a carpet cleaners the bathtubs need remolded had cracks all in there . I have stayed here in that past, last time was 3 years ago. They appear to bo going through a transition and renovation. New carpeting was getting installed during my stay. I had to change rooms because A/C was not working. New room had some damage in the bath tub. The breakfast was very underwhelming compared to the past. The fitness room needs repair. Having said that, the staff was very helpful. The price was appropriately low. The manager informed me that the renovation was in progress. I'd wait a few weeks (it's now the second week of Sept. 2026.) to let them finish up. The management seems intent on pleasing the customer through the change.

The carpet in our room and hallway was filthy. The TV in our room was broken and when I went to the front desk to ask if we can switch rooms and 1) the employee was I outside smoking and told me he would be with me when he is done. When he came inside, I asked to switch rooms that had a working tv and he asked me if we “used the room or sat on the bed” because if we did he would have to get it cleaned. It was very disappointing and frankly pretty gross.

The staff were helpful. It was a decent place to stay for the price. The room was not the cleanest. First room we got was still dirty so we moved to a different room that was cleaner but still stains on the carpets, some garbage left on the ground and hair in the bathroom. Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time.
