The location of the hotel is great. 15 mins away from the train station, right by the old town, close to restaurants and bars, grocery store a few mins walk away. The staff during check-in were very helpful. Breakfast was basic but enough to fill you up. room was compact but enough for 2 nights stay.

Staying here was a wonderful experience! Hotel Alessandra was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Florence, including one street away from the Ponte Vecchio. The room was always very clean and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here on our next trip to Florence!
