The staff were attentive, helpful, and cheerful and the food was excellent (some of the best we had in all of Italy). They offer free shuttle rides to the city with the last shuttle returning at 6:30 PM. We felt pampered and would actually have preferred to have stayed and spent more time at the hotel rather than running around Florence. Great place to relax and decompress."

It was close to the city Centre as well. Breakfast buffet is remarkable! Anything you could want and more is there! You can also make your own juice. Everything was delightful and we WILL be staying here again and again!"
