I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family visits the Frio every year. We really enjoyed our stay at Pryor Patch. We appreciated the privacy of the house, and the private parking to river access. ((Note: I did have to call and ask about the private parking area.) The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and a nice sized pantry. The bed configuration was perfect for our family, and the beds were comfortable. The temps were near 100 degrees, so we really appreciated the good working a/c. The front porch was great for drinking coffee and watching the deers, birds, and turkeys in the morning. Also wanted to note that we needed a mechanic because one of our vehicles was overheating. I called Nicole with Frio Family Getaway, and she was so helpful in trying to find someone to come out for us. It was another successful trip! ##### Melissa H.
