This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Right from the start, parking is abysmal. You have to pay to park and the parking lot is horribly located and barely lit. When I finally made my inside I was greeted by a nice enough man at the front desk. He gave me my key without saying my room number, noticing the men behind me - which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the key didnt work and he had to reassign my room.
My walk to the elevator was... long and damp. When I finally arrived at a room I was able to enter, I almost wished I hadn't. Rooms can be outdated without being gross and unreasonable. This was not one of those rooms. The carpet as sticky as the floor of a dive bar, the carpets rolling up in the middle, stains that led me to believe that the carpets hadn't been cleaned since 2010. I was shocked to find the bed was clean (thank God) so, exhausted I just decided to call it a night in this nightmare.
Sitting on the bed (still convinced this was the cleanest place) I decided to watch TV. This is when I learned that TV antennas still exist. The TV was fuzzy, but with no bunny ears in sight I had no idea how to fix it
Unfortunately, I had to get up a few hours later and didn't put shoes on... I stepped in something sticky. I may have asked to move but based on the hallway status no other room would better. Morning revealed more: broken blinds, a smoke detector removed and bagged, coffee creamer literally called "whitener". Stay away.
