The room was old, outdated, had a bad smell. The entrance was from outside (felt more like a motel). The air conditioner was noisy and not cooling the room. The hotel was way overpriced for what it had to offer. I would not recommend this hotel!

I didn’t even stay one night. I had booked 2 nights, which were non- refundable, and couldn’t even make it through one night. They gave me a handicapped room for some reason, I’m not handicapped. There was a giant gap in the door that who knows what could fit through. I asked to change rooms, and the super special attendant at the front desk told me the only one available smells like dogs. The TV didn’t work. I left at 10pm night one and checked into a different hotel. This place is awful.

The property was an average stay nothing exciting about the lighting outside the room was too bright and the inside shade where not long enough to cover the light thru the night. The bathroom has other guest hair which was not pleasant at all to see that. The fact that the coffee was in the bathroom that is definitely a NO for me. The area was not what I was expecting as well.

We stay here because it is easy to get an Uber to Concord Pavilion for a show. And they are dog, friendly! Michael at the front desk was very nice and helpful also. We will be back

Rooms were clean and stocked well. Parking was abundant and free which was nice. However, on the night we stayed, there was a lot of outdoor noise which woke us up. There was someone banging a steel pipe with a hammer at 330am! The outside is well lit, but could not see the culprit.Hopefully just a one time occurrence.
