“The washbasin is blocked, the washing water is full, and it is not cleaned. There is no shower gel and shampoo for bathing, only one bath towel. Too bad!”

“The management and staff are very caring like a family. I left a simple silicone ring in my room. I called to tell them that it was special to me and that I wear it as a wedding ring. They had thrown it in the trash, which was understandable because it did not look precious. The staff was so kind. They went through all the trash to find that ring. They found it and called me. They went above and beyond for me. ”

“燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。”

“We stayed here as a groom side friends and family before a wedding and Hectors house was amazing for us. Spacious, clean, and located in a great neighborhood, this house made it such a great experience for us to relax, reminisce, and get ready for the wedding! The large living room, kitchen, and yard made it so that our large party had enough space without getting cramped. 10/10 would stay again if I was ever in the area with such a group!
