“Great locationA short stroll away from a beautiful, big park. Including pathways, sporting fields, children's playground and designated, grassy dog park. The property is kept clean and the appliances we used, including BBQ were in good working order. Clean linen and decent towels provided. The back yard offers good outdoor dining. The front yard is being watered daily, would have been nice to have the same green grass in the back. But with a park nearby, dogs get lots of exercise in public……

“Perfect for a large group consisting of multiple couples. We had a group of 5 couples that fit comfortably in the space. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (1 room was the game room and has a twin trundle) and an ADU in the back that has 2 rooms and its own kitchen/living area. The beds in the ADU were a little uncomfortable but it worked fine. Overall, we had a great time with friends and would recommend to anyone needing a large space to stay. ”

“Quiet, clean property in a very nice little neighborhood. Directly across the street from a church that you can hear soft organ music playing from. My partner and I found the unit had everything we needed. We had some trouble with check-in, but Robert was very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!”

“I reserved this house for several weeks in Concord because my son and some of his friends are involved in a drum corps that practices over the summer. The home is conveniently located close to the practice field. It is clean and had a washer/dryer that came in very handy. It was warm and the house does not have A/C, but we brought extra fans and it was fine. The property owner is very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. “Place was in great shape and well cleaned. It was exactly what we needed for our work trip. We did not spend much time at the place except early morning and when we got home from work around 8pm.The only thing that could improve is the wifi that’s hooked up to the TV.
