Not up to standard for the price.
No staff, except one person who grudgingly brought toilet paper awhile after I texted since there was none in the room. He didn’t say hello or anything pleasant, just provided one roll and said there was already some in the cupboard. Obviously I had already checked that before texting and there was not. I said nothing but was very put off and this set a negative, unwelcoming tone for our stay.
Some of the dishes were visibly dirty, so we had to wash everything before using.
Insufficient sound buffer between lower and upper room, we were bothered by constant noise (vacuuming, stomping), including being woken up near midnight by stomping upstairs.
Children screaming in the adjacent yard for hours on our second night right beside outdoor hot tub, making it impossible to use.
The requirement to put toilet paper in a garbage rather than flushing it is gross and unsanitary. Get some eco-friendly bidets if you are prohibiting flushing paper.
