“This rustic cabin getaway is really just what the doctor ordered. My wife and I stayed here for 2 days to research Prescott as a possible retirement location and we found, indeed is a wonderful town, filled with historic Treasures of America. Our stay at the cabin was comfortable quiet and clean we enjoyed every moment and we will recommend this to our friends and family.”

“Quite neighborhood, lovely deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening appetizers/dinner. Enjoyed viewing deer and havilenas from the deck. Great kitchen/open area.”

“Owner was easy to communicate with and attentive. Just in passing we mentioned that we could use some more coffee filters because we drink a lot of coffee, so he left us a larger coffee maker as well as the filters . It's the little things that make a rental special. ”

“Everyone appreciated the tranquility of the forest and most comfortable beds and blankets. The cabin was well decorated and very clean. Chance responded immediately whenever I reached out with questions. I think that the listing could have mentioned that the main bedrooms are all upstairs and that a high clearance vehicle is needed. We all had a great time and enjoyed nearby hiking trails and exploring Prescott antique stores and restaurants!”

“We were blown away by all of the games and activities. In fact our family of 12 organized a six event tournament on our last night there. This is a massive property to maintain, and there are a few areas that need attention, but that did not diminish our experience or the quality of our stay. ”
