We loved our time at the Von Trapp Family Lodge and would love to come back and spend more time in the future. It is a beautiful property with beautifully maintained buildings and grounds and gorgeous flowers throughout. The lovely antiques and family momentos made it a truly special stay for us. Our dinner in the dining room was delicious and our room and bed were comfy and quiet and perfect for our travels!

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.

The staff were amazing, the room big and comfortable. Highly recommend:)

Our stay was mind blowing how amazing this place was. It has a lot of activities that we where able to have a full day planed out with the amount of things we could do. I definitely will be going back again soon.
