"We were treated very well. communication was rapid flexible and reliable. This may be a rare spot where the reality is actually nicer than the promotion photos online. A few things needed minor repair and they were attended to but I don''t expect it easy to keep a luxurious home in the middle of a nature reserve on a small island. If you want to roll up your birding sighting score then just sit on that back deck and look up."

Carmen took very good care of us and was warm and attentive. "Clean room, daily room cleaning, filtered water. Mattress too soft. Location very quiet but a bit of a walk from beaches and town center. Kitchen that they didn't want you to use. Nice fruit salad but a somewhat basic breakfast. Beach chairs available for use. "

He helped us with everything, the transportation to/from the airport, the golf carts, the fishing trips, the beach equipment. Was super attentive.
