“Die Cabañas sind wirklich toll. Zum Check in haben wir niemanden gesehen, der Schlüssel steckte und an der Treppe klebte ein QR Code mit Informationen zu Ausflügen. Ein kurzer persönlicher Empfang mit Einweisung wäre hilfreich gewesen, so muss wir mehrfach den Gastgeber per WhatsApp kontaktieren, um unsere Fragen zu platzieren. Die Kommunikation funktionierte jedoch gut. Die Küche könnte besser bestückt sein, u.a. fehlt zum Beispiel ein Dosenöffner, Kerzen und Feuerzeug etc. Alles in allem ein……

“I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. Hotels.com should fix the problem!”
