“We arrived at the hotel very excited and were truly impressed by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed.
I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Sometimes everything is perfect, sometimes just average, and usually small inconveniences can be overlooked. However, in this case our stay in Room 3 was extremely difficult, and we left without having slept.
The main issue was the noise level in the room. The air conditioning unit from the neighboring room……

“Abbiamo prenotato alle 4 del pomeriggio in giorno infrasettimanale del mese di ottobre, ormai fuori stagione, e dopo mezz'ora eravamo lì. Struttura deserta, nessuno in vista.
