“Everything was basically new. This place has everything...all the dishes and utensils you could ever need, comfortable furniture, space to move around, quality bedroom furnishings, washer and dryer, big fridge, beautiful flat screen TVs, and much more. The fresh cookies and snacks were a nice touch. The location was great, we walked downtown and the unit was very secure. Would definitely come back again.”

We rented the owners fishing boat and it was very nice for checking out the the different islands and bays. Owner was very accommodating for making sure we had everything we needed and supplied multiple containers of gas and even ice in his own coolers, so we didn't have to...

Kitchen fully stocked. Although No room at all for storage for food & snacks brought from home. The beds & pillows were SO COMFY. Sufficient & quality towels & bedding. Watkins soap is a nice touch. The family seating areas need updated furniture where you don't sink to the ground & require assistance to get out...
