Terrible, I booked a room with balcony and one full bed and when I arrived to the hotel they gave me something different from what I booked, there were a lot of noise I had to wake up at midnight to tell the man in the reception because we couldn’t sleep. They did not offer anything I talked to the manager the lady in the reception and she did not help. The room was super small I felt like in NYC rooms

O hotel é bem simples, ficamos hospedados no terceiro andar e precisamos subir as escadas carregando as malas (é bom mulheres se atentar a isso, tendo em vista que muitas vezes temos malas pesadas). O quarto é bem simples mas cumpriu com o proposto (tem tv, wi-fi e ar condicionado). O chuveiro é bom. O café da manhã é simples mas estava bem gostoso! Tem uma área na porta do hotel onde podemos trabalhar e tomar café. No geral, recomendo!

Boa localização e otimo preço para a regiao.

Fiquei apenas uma diária e a estadia foi até que tranquila. Porém, a estrutura do local deixa muito a desejar, principalmente dada a m falta de manutenção e higiene em alguns pontos. O quarto tem as camas um pouco desconfortáveis, dado os travesseiros fininhos. Mas, o Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem, fiz reuniões e trabalhei tranquilamente. As toalhas são muito pequenas e com manchas. Assim como as roupas de cama. Café da manhã extremamente simples (até demais porque esperei por 20 minutos e eles não repuseram o pão de queijo). Ponto positivo é que a água e a cerveja tem um preço bom para a localização. Inclusive esta última é o que faz do hotel um opção boa para quem precisa só tomar um banho e dormir. O hotel fica a dois quarteirões da praia de Copacabana e tem um preço em conta.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, fica próximo a farmácias, lanchonetes e mercados e também a apenas algumas ruas da praia. O café da manhã é simples porém gostoso. O quarto é confortável, a cama é espaçosa e o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente. Um ponto negativo foi o quarto onde me colocaram, tem uma janela no banheiro que dá pra área dos funcionários, então eu escutava a movimentação em todo momento, tirou minha privacidade, e ao lado da cama, tem uma janela ENORME que fica ao lado da área de loft externo do hotel, e de forma bem inconveniente, uma mesa.. todos que sentavam ali escutavam nossa movimentação no quarto, da mesma forma que nos ouvíamos tudo o que falavam também, foi um pouco desconfortável. O banheiro estava com bastante mofo nas paredes, pintura velha e uma aparência estranha.

A sua localização é incrível, não tivemos problemas em nos deslocar! Eu diria q o único quesito favorável! Possui vários estabelecimentos ao seu redor que facilita muuuito! O café da manhã, simples, porém satisfatório... Os lençóis, não nos incomodou por serem velhos, mas por estarem encardidos, foi possível identificar pelos, que nos fez duvidar quanto a lavagem... só nos sentimos bem quando saímos para comprar fronhas e toalhas p se sentir " mais confortáveis" , A acústica, quem espera privacidade, pode esquecer, dava para ouvir claramente os quartos vizinhos. A estrutura de forma geral, bem antiga, banheiro com azulejos embolorados, encardidos, chuveiro necessitava, deixar ligado minutos para que o mesmo pudesse esquentar.... Não possui cadeiras, no máximo 1 móvel de alvenaria, simulando um armário! Confesso que ao entrar, nos assustamos, porque as fotos de referências não estavam de acordo com o quarto que nos hospedamos. O atendimento, depende muito do funcionário, teve uma moça que não respondia nem o " Bom dia". Certamente não voltaríamos a nos hospedar novamente!

Peca na limpeza, as fronhas estava sujas, não tinha lençol para cobrir-se, a manta cheirava mal, não tinha folha de rosto, o ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, caiu a chave do disjuntor no meio da noite. Barulho de máquinas de lavar roupas, próximas a janelinha do banheiro do lado externo, desde manhã cedo. Relatei que nao estava satisfeita c o quarto mas nao fui acomodada em outro quarto quando os hóspedes fizeram check-out. Localização boa, 2 quadras da beira-mar.

A atendimento é muito bom, são bem flexíveis, não tenho nada a reclamar. Café da manhã é maravilhoso, simples e gostoso. Mas em relação a estrutura dos quartos, é horrível, quarto que fiquei não é arejado, banheiro sem porta e muito pequeno, não tem frigobar, e fora o barulho.
