“Stayed in the suite, Vanity lighting was too low, Kitchen light switch was hard to find. No utensils or dishes avaliable in Kitchen, ironing board was damaged and unsafe. Everything else was great.”

“Wouldn’t let me get a refund on my room or let me check in ”

“Easy check in. Looong driveway but well groomed. Comfortable beds. No dishwasher, but had a large sink.”

“The staff was great. They assisted me with my concerns. They reimburse me, but the sheets were not clean. I asked housekeeping to clean them to change them. They didn’t. They had a shooting there two doors down for me. The police were there a little too frequent for me and the final fall was no hot water for three days but but the staff was great especially Lucky”
