We came in after the reception was closed. No fault of the staff But it was a bit tricky. Must follow the check in instructions precisely Like being in an escape room. But it was very good. Friendly staff. Great location.

One of our favourite hotels when visiting Puglia. The location of this place was fantastic, and is great for getting to and from small town for exploring each day. The hospitality is incredible, as well. We felt taken care of during each moment on this property - from check in to every meal, to pool service and any accommodation needed, the staff was there for any request. Special shoutout to Guiseppe - he was the absolute best!
