Upon checking in to this property I was given the keys to the wrong room. I was chased down by one of the ladies working the front desk and made to follow her all the way back to the office where she handed me keys to another room. I walked to the Second room, opened the door and it was FULL of trash scattered all around the room, all bed linens were on the ground, dirty towels on the floor, and smelled terrible. Once again I walked back to the office, the lady that had assisted me since beginning asked why I was there and I replied that there was garbage all over the room and the bedding was on the floor, both of the front desk clerks looked at each other and shrugged, there was NO APOLOGY, she checked her computer, told me it said “okay” by the room in her computer, then handed me keys to yet another room. The last room that we were given was decent enough to sleep in for a few hours. The pillows are awful and even though we were given a non smoking room the third go around it still smelled like an ashtray! The noise level was also not pleasant, people were slamming doors all night long and the hotel is very close the the road so there was also a lot of road noise. The most upsetting thing about the hotel was the fact that there was NO APOLOGY for their mishaps, a sorry would have sufficed but at this point I would never stay at another Quality Inn if that is how they train their employees to handle those types of issues. Unacceptable.
