My drain in the bathtub was clogged, they did come and fix it but overall the room was not very clean. There was one evening the front desk gal was very rude. Other than that the others were very friendly.

Staff was great and friendly. Food options are nice on property. Stayed in a king suite with balcony view of the beach. Room was nicely remodeled.

I booked Sanilbel Island Resort pretty much last minute for a surprise trip for my brother, his wife, my husband, & myself for a one night stay. What a great find. Our room on the first floor was quiet, newly renovated, and extremely clean! My brother's room on the second floor was very clean but probably could use a bathroom refresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We arrived early and were given resort wrist bands so that we could enjoy the amentias while our rooms were being prepared. The restaurant on property is well stocked, and the service - excellent! Bar services at the pool bar and BRGR - outstanding! We would definitely return. Sanibel is a beautiful island.

The smell from the A/C not good. The breakfast was great! The tub had rust on it. The staff were great! There was bad Oder from the fenced in area at the pool. The beds were very comfortable. The carpet needs cleaning. Our socks were dirty after walking on it.Staff was accommodating. We only reported the A/C smell and she offered a room change but we declined the offer.

Perfect place to stay at the beach! Would absolutely recommend. Friendly staff and great views from the room
