Check in was easy, the staff was nice. Our room less than ideal, it's the last room on the bottom floor facing the bay and the road. We specifically rented this room for the jacuzzi and not only did the water not get hot AT ALL, the jacuzzi does not work. We called about the hot water, guy said he would send someone but did not. Tried to call back and he wouldn't answer. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. It didn't feel safe like a safe location. The door had clearly been busted in, the lock didnt reach. People kept walking in front of our windows. It was far from romantic. The outside hot tub didn't work or have water in it. Dirty towels. Over all very run down. Would not stay ever again or recommend to anyone. Unfortunately, the hotel had other plans, there was NO cold water, only hot. After my shower I want to warm up my food, but the microwave isn't working, so I call the office from the room phone and it doesn't work. I have to walk down three flights of stairs to let them know, the guy did end up bringing in another microwave, but it took too long and I was hangry, so I went out to eat instead. I'm totally baffled by this great rating.
