With the beach just steps out the front door you can enjoy the best of both worlds. This Condominium Property is located just a few minutes from downtown Port Aransas, the La Palmilla golf course, shopping, beach access, and restaurants. This is a Non-Smoking condominium and No pets are allowed.
Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov.- Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

The condo is cute and great for a couple. It is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool being closed. The main reason I chose this condo was because the patio goes right out to the pool.

I liked the location and the condo was nicely decorated.
Our room key got demagnetized. We could not get in to our room or the building. I did not take my phone since we went to the beach, and thank goodness a nice man helped. He reached out to the property manager. We waited for 25 minutes before someone came to help.
The next day the keys did not work again. It just left this feeling of worry every time we left the room. There were people at the front desk, so they redid the keys for us.
The kitchen cooking utensils were dirty with dried scrambled eggs. I understand this, but when you pay extra for extra for a cleaning fee, I feel very disappointed when I get dirty utensils.
There were 2 vertical blinds that were just on the floor from the covering of the sliding glass door when we walked in.
The drain in the bathroom wasn’t working well when we arrived.
Location is nice to the beach, but you will have to drive to go into Port A.
