Up the stairs, you will find yourself in the open concept living room, dining room, and gallery kitchen. The Kitchen is well stocked, ready for any culinary skill level.

Make yourselves comfortable on the plush couch and loveseat as you share the highlights of your day or unwind after fun in the sun. The TV is set up with cable, so kick back with music, a movie, or favorite sport.

Both Master suites have a king bed, wall-mounted TV, dresser, nightstands and closet. The en-suite bathroom offers a large shower with a bench and vanity.

I can not possibly convey how perfect this condo was. The location is absolutely perfect. The beach is literally around the corner. 5 minute golf cart ride to anything you need in town. The condo was equipped above and beyond anything you would need. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and beach toys all available to borrow while staying at the condo. Large well kept pool steps from the unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place for our family's stay in Port A. Owners are very accessible....always replied quickly! Beautiful condo with comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras avaliable to us (extra beach chair, plastic buckets, etc) was great. Pool was great too. Definitely recommend!

Very Nice House
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, AC was cool and it had all the amenities of home.Mark and Diane were great hosts and communicated quickly when we needed something or had questions. The pool was also very nice and never too crowded when we were there. While we didn't walk to the beach it was only a 5 minute walk so it would have been really easy!

Perfect Quick Weekend Away
This was the absolutely best find in Port Aransas yet. Mark and Dianne communicated check in procedures well in advance of the arrival date. The townhome was well laid out, clean, and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well appointed, and had the items most of us forget...salt, pepper, olive oil, ect. Mark and Dianne had extra beach toys, carts, boards for use. The location was about as good as you can get, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the main shopping area, and 10 minutes to the pier & jetty. We enjoyed our time here and will likely be back!

Best Place Yet
We visit Port A every year. We choose a different house/rental each time. This was by far our favorite. Clean, orderly, cute, roomy and the stay was easy peasy. Great communication from the owner, excellent family shared pool and great access to the beach & town. Will try to stay here again when booking next year.

Must stay property!
We decided to take a family trip with one of our closest friends and their kids and had the absolute best time! Mark and Diane answered many of our questions prior to booking as well as throughout our stay. Best communication I have ever had with a host! This home is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. They provided a beach wagon which made the walk to the beach that much easier along with beach chairs, toys and much more! We couldn’t be happier with our stay and strongly suggest you book this home for your next vacation. Thank you again Mark and Diane for welcoming us into your beautiful home! The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very responsive to our needs and helped us make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely book again for next year. Highlights that we particularly enjoyed are: - Heated pool was the best. We spent many hours there. - Close to Beach. Within a half mile. Took many morning walks. And several beach days with the kids. - Nicely stocked with beach toys, beach Chairs, and beach umbrella. Plus kites and boogie boards. - Game room with ping pong table, dart board, ladder golf and cornhole. - Close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Short 5 minute golf cart ride away. - Close to pier, jetty, and city park by the channel. Dolphin watching, fishing and ship watching. - Close to Community Park where we did community water aerobics and pickleball. - Golfed a couple times too. Course was 5 miles away. Renting at this property was such a treat. This was the first vacation we’ve been on with both of our children and we chose the perfect destination. Mark and Diane had great communication leading up to our stay and the house had everything we needed: everything to cook with, great space, toys/chairs/etc for the beach, fantastic proximity to the beach, in-house entertainment options, etc. The pool was also perfect for the kids post-nap. The pool slide provided hours of entertainment. It was never too crowded due to the cozy size of the community. We would definitely return in the future.

We stay at the beach once a summer for many years and this has been the best place we have ever stayed at. Beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean and plenty of places to sit and hang out. Loved the small touches like band aids in the bathroom and everything you could need in the kitchen.
