AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the first floor, the open living room is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach with breezy blues and white wood woodwork. The family chef will love the large, well-stocked kitchen, a showplace with stainless steel appliances and spacious island. While preparing a meal, you’ll have a wonderful view of the lake just outside your back door. Enjoy a dining area with a table that seats 6 to 8 people. Handsome, arched opening connect these primary gathering spaces and add character to this coastal home. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom with king bed is a calm retreat with a sitting area. The large, en-suite bathroom makes anyone feel pampered with a large tub for relaxing and a walk-in shower. Step out onto the large, private balcony through French doors and enjoy beautiful views of Lake Colby from the porch swing. Just down the hall, nap in the serenity of a queen guest bedroom after a long day in the sun. Lovey Dovey is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lovey Dovey the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
