MAIN LIVING SPACE: Second-floor main living space brings everyone together in a comfortable family room, dining area and ultra-stocked kitchen. A huge sectional sofa welcomes a crowd in front of the wall-mounted TV with a powder room tucked behind in the nook. The adjacent kitchen offers island seating in a gorgeous workspace with mini fridge and wine cooler, large stand-alone ice maker, stainless appliances, and more amenities that cooks will appreciate. Designed for entertaining, the home features a dining table with banquet seating and chairs for ten, while a butler’s pantry with built-in shelving, prep space, and sink opens to a grilling deck with more outdoor dining space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: A second-floor primary king suite features a four-poster bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
