“The shower was dirty with no conditioner or shampoo. The room smelled like smoke, it was loud and too expensive for the quality of the room . The beds were comfy but the upstairs room was loud.”

“The room is old and worn-out. Not clean at all. There are stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom door is very difficult to close and cannot be locked. The room door is not soundproof, so it's very noisy outside the room in the morning.”

“From the outside you can tell the hotel had not been updated. The place just looked old and could have used a coat of paint. The interior was very modest and also needed some TLC. I spotted insects multiple times during my two night stay and one cockroach on my last day. Yuck! A lamp on the dresser near the bed would have been nice. The staff was nice enough to provide me extra towels. Good enough for me, but would have been embarrassed had I brought my wife here. Conveniently located to gas……

“Our check in took over half an hour - we had to wait outside the office! Room - the bathroom door was jammed. We wanted to bath but there was no plug and no offer of another. The worst was there was a very bright spotlight outside our room so was impossible to sleep as so bright as light came through the shutters. Again no offer to remedy Not a great experience”
