“Friendly and gracious hosts. Great location with easy freeway access that still feels tucked away. The cottage, and everything in it, is brand new and clean. Nice kitchen setup with slick electric appliances. Comfortable bathroom and nice big shower. Skylights that can open up for good airflow. Cute succulent garden. Overall a great value at any price - would absolutely book it again, and recommend it to anyone.”

“The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). The bed was too soft for me but those are personal preferences. We did use……

“Not as advertised - we actually left - dirty and blocked in behind a building with broken windows and horrible trash smell- the place was dirty with towels over the couch and not cleaned - property contact just went silent when I asked for refund - giant bummer”
