We selected this hotel for the location but were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service
Very comfortable. Friendly. Excellent reasonable restaurant on the corner.
Hotel is pretty clean and rooms are very comfortable. Staff needs to be more friendly with their guests. When I arrived to do check in I waited almost 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my family and I and to provide service. They were talking to each other so at least they should’ve greet us and ...
I have stayed at this historic hotel twice. It is a great location. It is a very short walk to Union Square. There is a Walgreens across the street and a few store front away is a 24 diner that serves good food. I got a great deal and would stay here again. I had good service from all the staff.
The Hotel Nikko was close to all the shopping in Union Square and walking distance to Moscone Center. The room was clean and the layout was nice. This is my 3rd time here and it never disappoints me.
i like that it was easy to book and check in and that everything was peacefull.
We liked the nautical theme and that big round mirror. :)
Hotel close to SFO with shuttle service always available. I was there less than 12 hours
Very pleasant and comfortable, clean. Somewhat noisy.
It was a great hotel. It was clean, confy and A PERFECT LOCATION. we could get anywhere walking. I love its location
Very nice place! Very large and historic. Quiet and peaceful. Fantastic buffet breakfast! Room lacked microwave/fridge and A/C. Windows couldn't be open because of broken screens.
It’s proximity to restaurants, bars and many things to do.
The concierge service was impeccable. I received a text as soon I got to the room checking on us. We kept in touch during our entire stay. The concierge made dinner reservations for us and also checked spa availability, all via text while we were sight-seeing.
During my honeymoon my wife injured her self, and she had to rest in bed. Everyone at Pineapple was so nice and they sent up a bottle of wine and chocolates. They made us feel like we were family we will definitely be going back! P
No a bad location, clean. A convenient place for a road trip on Highway 1.
Most reasonably priced. They could improve a little on maintaining the property/doors/etc but overall in this area this is the best bang for your buck.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently bren updated, but the entry us very confusing. The front desk is not marked at all and appears to be an extension of the coffee bar. Odd! Food options are very limited. The only room service available us from the Japanese restaurant next ...
Perfect location, nice and clean, good value. Even our room that was right on the 101 was nice.
