We really appreciated the location, the staff is amazingly nice!!! the room, quite small but clean! also, the quality of the food at the restaurant is excellent👌 the only comment negative; no AC in the room so it was not really comfortable... anyhow, our stay was fabulous!!!

My family and I spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and staff was very accommodating. The only thing though was breakfast service. The breakfast service was not into standard with the rest of the hotel. They did not bring out the right items, or I was halfway done with my meal when they brought what I actually ordered out. Other then that, no complaints. Exceptional and I will be back!

A seamless experience. We had one of the large suites that has a huge balcony. And while the room is spacious, the bathroom was clearly sized according to the standards of a past era. The colors and decor of the room are extremely tasteful and elegant. The views from atop Nob Hill are panoramic, and you are walking distance from some of San Francisco's old world charm and architecture. The view at night is simply city lights at its best. I think there are few cities in the US that offer city lights like San Francisco. The gardens, lobby, and amenities hearken back to the Belle Epoch. I used to stay at the St. Francis, but will now make my future visits to San Francisco an opportunity to revisit The Fairmont.

I loved the Hotel, but not much of a view on the East side. So ask for a room on the West side. Lots of nice restaurants to eat at, easy to catch a bus or the trolley anywhere you want to go. Nice area to stay in.

"Nice boutique hotel at quiet and convenient area"
Stayed this hotel by choosing mystery hotel to try something new that I would never book by myself, as I I tend to choose hotel chains with steated quality such as Starwood, Hilton, or Marriott.
I enjoyed my stay at this stylishly renovated boutique hotel in terms of hotel amenity and service offered, as well as warm and welcoming hotel staff member. It was relaxing and seamless stay and I would probably come back without a discount rates.
For the hotel amenity:
Access to the spa that has sun deck with view and dining service was great. Drinks, fruits, magazines are available, and facility is well maintained.
Turn down service was appreciated.
Room amenity was very enriched, I found to be much better than the big hotel chains.
Only thing that was not pleasant about this hotel is that I had ezuma? breakouts and redness though out my body after jacuzzi and pool, which gotten worse by next morning...
