Twisted Cedars Ranch: Rest, Restore, Relax in mountain style.
- If you're looking for a peaceful spot with beautiful views of the mountains this is the place to be. Unwind in a private guest house located on ten acres with beautiful views of the La Plata Mountains, trees and wildlife. There is a large living room with a wood burning stove, a full kitchen and a quaint pub table for two which overlooks the La Plata Mountains. An additional pullout futon is available for sleeping. TV, WiFi, movies, books and games are also available. The bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. Please note: The outside door pictured to the left of the main door of the guest house is a private door to a garage, it is not a second guest house and not accessible to guests. During the summer months the porch has two comfy chairs to sit on to watch humming birds, with great views of the mountains. Mesa Verde National Park is a little over 3 miles away. Phil’s World, a mountain bike paradise is 5 miles away. The city of Cortez is 13 miles away, the city of Mancos is 11 miles away and the city of Durango is 39 miles away. **4 wheel drive or all wheel drive is recommended during winter months **

Heather greeted us when we arrived and is a very sweet Lady. She let us know if we need anything that her and Chad was available anytime to help.The unit is stocked with extra food items , it is very clean, and well decorated. It has a spectacular view of the mountain range we enjoyed when we were there.This is a very quite setting and we felt at home. I would recommend staying at Twisted Cedars Ranch Thank You Heather & Chad

My husband and I have traveled for the last three years all over the country and internationally. This cabin was by far one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Everything was immaculate. Our host and hostess forgot absolutely nothing when putting this rental together. The clear directions that they left were immensely helpful. It was quiet. The view of the mountain was perfect. I can’t say enough wonderful things about twisted cedar Ranch.

A few days in the Colorado Mountains
Cozy, well equipped cottage with great location. Comfortable furnishings. Stunning views of the La Platas from the dining table. Beautiful property. We enjoyed the garden area and the stars on clear nights. Close to Mesa Verde, Durango, and hiking. Very good restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful location- not far from Mesa Verde NP but still miles away from hustle and bustle. It is such a beautiful peaceful place. We loved seeing the mountains, the stars and the birds out the windows and on the porch. The cabin itself had everything we could need and was built and decorated with great attention to detail
