Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. The surrounding area was convenient and remote enough to be quiet, yet near necessities. The on site pub had excellent food and was reasonably priced. All in all, it was an amazing experience (for our 50th wedding anniversary), and everything we'd hoped. We'll be staying again.

Had a great stay at the Statler Hotel! The room was extremely clean and quiet. The staff (front desk and valets) were friendly and helpful. I had to work from the hotel and the wifi was great. I didn’t have any problems with it the whole time I was working. The location is also great as you are right on campus. I would definitely stay again!

The heat around the pool area made it where we were able to take a last minute swim, felt great.

We really enjoyed our stay the only down side was that it was a holiday and I didn’t realize that breakfast was over at 9:00. It was technically a weekday. They did let us have yogurt, apples and coffee.
