"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. "This resort is a beautiful hidden gem in Salema. Everything was perfect. The people are so friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday and we were shuttled everywhere with a quick call to the main reception, free of charge. It was quite the service. The ocean was beautiful.
