“Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun.”

“Great reception by front desk staff- lots of helpful information. Close to the beach with golf cart transport if you don’t want to walk up a steep hill. 2 bedroom condos with full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths perfect for short or long stays. Value for the money”

“Das Haus liegt wunderbar zwischen zwei fußläufig erreichbaren Stränden (ca. 30 min. laufen). Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und eignet sich gut für mehrere Personen, da zwei Bäder vorhanden sind. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn zumindest eines der vielen Messer auch scharf gewesen wäre. Die beiden Sofas fand ich ein bisschen schmuddelig und für meinen Geschmack gab es viel zu viele Kissen ;) und Deckchen.”

“Das Zimmer und das Bad waren super liebevoll modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Außenküche und der Pool waren ein wenig schmuddelig. Marina hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn etwas fehlte und super schnell per sms geantwortet. Es leben drei Katzen auf dem Gelände, die sehr süß sind, einen aber auch aufdringlich anbetteln. Die Gegend ist an sich sehr ruhig, lediglich Hundebellen und Hahnkrähen sind zu hören, davon manchmal auch reichlich. Schreibt am Besten vor der Ankunft und fragt nach dem……

“We only used this hotel to stay overnight while traveling from The Algarve to Lisbon. But it was more than adequate for that. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. The building is located within easy walking distance of the town, restaurants, and the beach. Porto Covo is a nice small town, and parking was easy. The staff was very nice and spoke English, which we appreciated. Facility was quiet but be advised their is no front desk help from midnight to 8:00. Overall,……
