“A fight broke out in the lobby between a group of ladies celebrating a 40th and all the reception staff did was say ‘shhhhh!’ Which was hilarious. Definitely not equipped if things escalated. For such a hot place having a small bottle of water as complimentary was sub par. Very average stay, would not come back”
