"The heater was not working, since the days of my visit were still not the season to turn it on (as I was announced when I complained in reception); so, after several days raining and without sun in the region, it was very very cold and the room was frozen, so I had to stay with jacket in my room. Wi-fi was completely not working (they say it's an included service, but forget it), so I couldn't work when in the hotel. So I was quite uncomfortable during my stay"
