Friendly staff. Helpful when we needed to change language on our Netflix to English. Room was very clean but small. We only spent one night for transfer to airport. Shuttle was convenient and only had to make an appointment. $5 Euro per person for shuttle. 10 minute drive to airport. Milan airport is very crowded so good to go 3 hours prior for international flights.

The hotel and rooms were more than adequate. One thing that stood out was the staff that went out of their way to accommodate our stay. They brought in an extra bed to our room and kitchen staff accommodated us for breakfast after kitchen was already closed. Plenty of parking and close to rooms. Beautiful green maintained trees and property. EXCELLENT in every way…!!! Thank you so much…!!!
