This place was packed full of families with small children. Many were running through the hallways and making lots of noise. It deterred us from hanging out in the lobby area or enjoying a meal at the hotel. It's an older motel that has been renovated to be more modern. It's cute, but a little overpriced for the location and amenities. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. I wouldn't stay here again.

"We arrived quite late, just behind a full coach load of people. They seemed to fly through check in, so we didn't have to wait around. The lady that checked us in was nice and friendly, to us. We were asked if we wanted to eat in the restaurant, we declined. We got to our room, basic, as expected. ..."

"The hotel itself is an old French chateau and has the wow factor. The room we stayed in was also lovely. However, it isn’t without its problems. For us, we had booked a family room with 3 beds but the room we got only had 2 beds. When i raised this with the staff, there was no attempt at an explanation ..."
