"I spent a few days here and it was a great experience - friendly staff, spacious, well designed rooms and an atmosphere of calm throughout. The breakfast is excellent, and although understandably the buffet is out of service due to the current circumstances, the ease of ordering and presentation of the fantastic food more than makes up for this. It's worth being aware that the hotel is located away from the centre, but a five minute stroll to Tiergarten station takes you to any of the tourist hotspots in under twenty minutes. A quieter location of course has numerous benefits of its own, plus the proximity of the Tiergarten allows for an afternoon spent relaxing or for a gentle walk into the centre. "Hotel and staff were very good. Safety measures in place were comforting. Room was missing coffee maker (had capsules) and cups but not a big deal.
