He arrived late after a long day of work, but when he tried to check in, the man at the front desk didn’t acknowledge him or even open the door. We didn’t purchase the insurance because we were certain he would be staying there, and unfortunately, we ended up losing the money. My husband then had to find another hotel late at night. Hotel room was very clean, nice amenities. Would absolutely stay here again, it was a very good value. Only minor complaint would be that there were just three very small pillows for a king bed. The only drawback during our stay was that there was no breakfast because they were in a transition period. This hotel is probably a better fit for business travelers rather than families with kids, but it is comfortable and safe regardless. We stayed in Cotulla to be close for the 2024 total eclipse, and I had to do a class presentation midday Sunday. I was able to get an early check-in to do this, and I greatly appreciated that!
