Toliet was overflowing and flooded my room with 2 queen beds They only had a 1 queen room available so I was forced to share a bed with my daughter I would like to be refunded for this purchase as it was worst hotel stay ever 608-304-9106. Call me

Room didn't have the proper amount of towels. Breakfast was sub standard. There were female quests staying there long term that had several male quests at all hours of the day and evening.

Wallpaper falling off, carpet pulled up from floor, base trim falling off, smelt terrible, a guy smoking cigarettes in the stairwell, broke wall plug ins and all that is very dangerous for very small children that we had with us.

Do not stay at this property. It is dirty and reeks of stale cigarettes. Staff is not helpful either. We asked for more pillows and he said one per customer. Doesn't that sound like great hospitality!

Entire property including bed linens smell like cigarette smoke. Bathroom Sheetrock missing chunks, drain broken in shower and shower won’t stop trickling. No trashcan in room so just left garbage wherever. AC Units with mold coming out of them. Sketchy location

Looks like massive amounts of mold growing on the walls in the pool, the paint is chipping really bad on the floor area as well. There's an mold growing in the shower, I took pictures multiple spots in my room I stuck to the floor even though it's carpet so I just tried to keep my shoes on. The door was stuck so bad that it actually broke the corner of it opening and closing it, my children were not able to open the door to our room because it's stuck so bad. Even with the curtains drawn - they're pretty old and have a bunch of holes, there was a lot of light coming in at night from the parking lot and street lights. Somebody would sit in the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes with a really loud motor on the side of the building we were on, this was 9:00 p.m. and later... I could hear it over the air conditioning unit in our room. The windows had a small leak as well. With tax I paid almost $150 for this room, there is also a sign on the front desk that you need to pay $100 deposit that will be refunded in two to three business days as long as you did not damage the room... I'm a single mom with two kids and about 250 dollars coming out made it so that I couldn't get a different hotel for the night.

Please do not stay here! It shouldn’t be open to the public and hopefully soon it won’t be. We arrived Thursday for the College World Series. Building is decrepit, doors were broke to enter the building , the ac unit was hanging off the wall in the room, there was mold everywhere in the bathroom, there was no shower curtain and they put warm bottles of drinks in a food vending machine. Landscaping over grown , drug deals happening the parking lot. Obviously, the person in our group didn’t do enough research but still. It had to have been abandoned for an decade and they tried to open to make money from the CWS. We left and booked another hotel & Expedia is processing the refund.

In town for the College World Series. The area is a little sketchy but did not seem to be unsafe. Hotels in the area were maxed out and so were prices. New that I would be over paying for where ever we stayed. This however was pretty gross and in general just an unpleasant stay. After receiving my room key I entered my room and was greeted in the room by a hotel staff person who said he was finishing cleaning the room. He was dressed in plan cloths with no hotel uniform or id. The room smelled of bad air freshener or cologne that was trying to mask the odor of cigarettes and mold. Awful! This is a budget hotel so I was not expecting much but the room was in disrepair. The bathroom faucet was dripping in the shower into a drain that was missing a drain cover. There were numerous areas in the until that had staining on the walls, cracked molding in general unkept. The bed spread cover was stained (I had them replace it) and the bed looked like a five year old had made it. The window covering to the outside was see through and allowed light in from the outside as well as limited privacy. I was not in need of a five star stay but this place was just gross.
