This hotel was dirty, very stinky, other guest were partying all night staff was rude just over-all very unpleasant. We will never go there again

I had been there for around a week and my smoke alarm malfunctions and how's off I tried getting a other attention forever to accommodate any of their people at the hotel and half of the time they just tell us if we don't like it oh well basically there's a couple people that work there are pretty decent and helping but the majority don't care

There was obviously a bare bones cleaning before we checked in. Bathroom still had hair in the corners.

Only area that was clean was where you Check in! My socks were black from walking on the floor in my room, you could see outside through the sides of ac/heater. Bathroom fan fell out of ceiling with lighters falling out. Told front desk and NOTHING was done. All the drug addicts camping out around the building and in and out of rooms! Will never stay here again even if it’s the only room available!!!

Walked into my room to find a a puddle of water on the ground right by the bed. Turns out it’s from the roof leaking and dripping all night. Went into the bathroom only to find water dripping right out of the air vent. Talked to the front desk and and they said they have no other rooms so they would contact me later for a deal. That never came. People running around screaming at 12am and staff seemed not to care.

Staff was friendly. The dryer ran almost all the time and was located across from my room with door open. Woke me up several times during the night. The sheets appeared clean but the mattress had strong order of urine. I ended up sleeping on a small throw blanket I brought with me. I did enjoy a nice shower with plenty of clean towels.

The room was not ready by the time we check in around 5:30pm. The room was not cleaned full with trash from previous guests. The room smells bad. Not in a good condition. Door and bottom walls was damaged.

When I stay in a hotel or a motel, I would want to be safe and relaxed. The last time I stayed there was horrible. When you're asleep and someone tries to open your room door and invade your privacy and maybe worse than that. That's when I just lose any interest in any place. The place was clean and that's very important to me. However, after the last incident there, clean or not means nothing when you feel your life is in danger. Anyhow, this episode is over with and my adventure continues.

Reasonably clean. Convenient to Omaha. Close to restaurants and shopping. Not far from airport. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced during the College World Series. The AC cooled but didn’t remove the humidity so the air was sticky feeling. I would stay again.
