Staff were nice, the room was good, and the location was quite convenient, but there were two major issues:
- The hotel has serious noise issues due to extremely thin and unstable flooring. You can literally feel the whole building shaking when you walk in your room, and good luck sleeping if the person in the room above you is walking in their room. When I was staying at the hotel, there was also construction going on in the main street, which made it impossible to sleep past 7 AM.
- The shower water never gets hot. They have actually put a notice next to the shower asking people to leave the water going for two minutes, claiming the water will eventually get hot, but in my experience, the water did not get hot even after 20 minutes. I ended up having to shower with borderline cold water.

The room smelled like sewer gas or car exhaust. I ran water in the shower and that seemed to eliminate the smell. Air return filter was way past the time to change it.
The room and beds were lovely but I need better lighting. Not enough choices for tv viewing. Lotions and soaps were nice. Loved the scent.

The room was very nice and clean, but the lights went out and there was no hot water to bathe; on the 29&30. Also, I was not told about the 75 dollars incidental fee per night.which caused my family to spend money not in our budget for our Thanksgiving Trip.
