"I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

We found a fantastic airfare from Toronto to Dublin and since we've recently visited Ireland we decided to book a short stay in Dublin at either end of the trip and hop to other parts of Europe with Ryanair. "We actually stayed at the Crown Plaza Hotel since the HI Express was closed for renovations. The front desk clerk helped us find a Saturday evening mass and arranged taxi transportation to and from church. She was very persistent in making sure we were taken care of!"

"Brilliant hotel really friendly and helpful staff, food was really good in the bar and good selection of drinks. Only negative i have was the car park cost 10 euro per night, really should be free parking for residents as carpark was not near full capacity when the hotel was really busy."
