"We were woken from our sleep to move rooms, as we had been put in the wrong room, then to be told we had to move again the following day, we were very amendable and was offered a £50 meal voucher and wine to be then told we owed more money so we returned these. Hotel itself lovely just disappointed that they felt this was ok"

"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. However, I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers as there was a lot of noise from both the trains passing by and the nearby pubs. The trains would occasionally rattle the whole apartment!"

However, we had no issues in it, other than it was a 10-minute cab ride from almost anything else. There is a 24-hour prior check in with the hotel required, and they will text you with the code to get into the hotel and room. This didn't happen (probably something I did wrong), and when the hotel was contacted, they...

"A good location - once I had sussed out the buses. Also, on the bus route to the Airport. Bedroom very nice and clean and with extra electric heaters if needed. Luckily the nearby Skylon Hotel was available for breakfast from 0700 every day. Cafe 104 didn't open early enough for me. Still, OK for meals later. Now I know all the wrinkles, I would stay again."

"the heater was not functioning properly. the portion of the breakfast was a bit too small. the check in staff was nice. however, there are two buildings in this property, you might need to carry your bags to another building. the good thing about this hotel is that the airport bus station is within 1 minute from the hotel."
