Young staff run this boutique hotel. Very kind, helpful and respectful. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every day. Will be going back to this hotel and will promote it with my friends. Very central to sightseeing in Porto. Thank you all.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Unfortunately the property itself was very run down and requires significant maintenance. For example, our bathroom sink drain did not work at all and water would pool in the sink. The old wooden floor was falling apart underneath our feet as we walked which made it loose and unsafe, especially for our small baby. Also extremely unhygienic. Additionally, upon our arrival we found that the kitchen or dining room table was filthy and had not been cleaned, also all of the kitchen utensils and plates and glasses were not properly cleaned. Overall though the place was okay with a very Central location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in providing good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to try around the area. We would recommend that they spend some money to conduct repairs to do some and maintenance on the property as well to ensure things are properly cleaned before new patrons stay.

I had a good stay with YOUROPO - no air conditioning and being on the ground floor, no natural light at all. Otherwise, the space was generous in size and was in an excellent location. Communication was also good!

This apt really exceeded my expectations! Great AC, location across from market, fully equipped kitchen. Great mix of historic charm and modern amenities. I could have stayed much longer.
