"We loved By The Sea! For starters, the staff team are so friendly and helpful, they go over and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. They are so knowledgeable, Myra got us on a last minute Reef Boat after looking at the weather and warning it may be our only opportunity, it was and we are so grateful! Rooms are clean and have everything you need! It's close to everything, very walkable! Highly recommend them! "

"Quite disappointed. The hotel in general was pleasant. But the pool area wasn’t kept clean every day & there was tissues left for three days & not swept away. Our room wasn’t swept each day as we would return to find the same rubbish on the floor after a clean. Bathroom taps not cleaned off & toilet not cleaned & flushed. But bed very comfortable & breakfast very nice! "

"The staff was very friendly the room lacked charm. No wall decor just plane old white dingy walks with a stained bed cover . The bathroom was serviceable but had a very old feel and look to it. I did enjoy the pool area and the beach. "
