"Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well."

"We had a lovely stay for my husband’s 42 birthday at snowshoe. The location to the slopes was great and the cabin was comfortable and peaceful. If forced to give criticisms, we had a few maintenance issues (some lights didn’t work in the bathrooms) and there was no toaster which was a bummer but not a big deal at all! "We were coming up from NC for my wife's grandma's 101st birthday party. Not much in the way of accommodations in Hacker Valley so this was the perfect location. It is everything you need with a nice, clean bathhouse just down the hill. The staff were extremely nice and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Definitely will be returning in the future."

"The house was was perfect for a larger group coming to the area. There was plenty of space and it was pretty clean. The only issues we encountered were that the hot tub was only filled halfway so we had to fill it ourselves, the drinking water jug was empty, and the tap water had a smell to it. Otherwise, we had a great time and the house fit our needs."
